Delivery Information
gadgetepoint.co.uk delivers to addresses within mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only. Subject to stock availability and payment clearance, all orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Subject to stock availability and payment clearance, all orders placed after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be despatched the next working day.
Every time you add a new item, please select your desired method of delivery by clicking on “update” in order to work out the total price of your shopping basket. There are two methods of delivery; Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) and Next Day Delivery (next working day).
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) is via First Class Royal Mail (Signed for) or our selected couriers. Regardless of the number of items you have in any given order to be delivered to the same address, by choosing the “Standard Delivery” option, the maximum amount you will pay for delivery is £3.95. For orders which are below a certain weight, this amount is £2.95.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery (next working day) is via Special Delivery Royal Mail or our selected couriers. Regardless of the number of items you have in any given order to be delivered to the same address, by choosing the “Next Day Delivery” option, the maximum amount you will pay for delivery is £5.95. For orders which are below a certain weight, this amount is £4.95.
If within the estimated delivery time, as quoted by Gadgetepoint, the Goods are not delivered please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. If you wish you may cancel your order and Gadgetepoint will refund the money you have paid. Please note that items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 working days, however, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
