2. Share ghost stories. The skies are dark. You take your flashlight and share your most horrid ghost story with your friends sitting in a circle. You slowly build your grizzly tale to its climax when suddenly - enter thunder and lightning. You can use the storm as your sound effects. It heightens the drama and the suspense; not to mention the exciting and exhilarating feeling you get from goose bumps as your imagination starts playing games with you.

Helicopters, also known as choppers, are among the greatest things made by man, and considered as the most versatile flying machines ever invented. It is also among the many things that most of us dream of flying, or to some, even owning. But how many of us have actually flown a real helicopter? I bet very few will raise hands.

One night, there was a huge power failure in my neighborhood. Some kid let go of his balloon and it hit the power lines and exploded. So I had to bear the night without electricity. Too bad I can’t watch my favorite television show. While I was using the light of my mobile phone to get the big emergency light we had stashed somewhere in the kitchen, I came across a box of candles that my roommate hasn’t opened yet.

• While most men prefer an action area that resembles a game room, women on the other hand enjoy a tidy space that creates at atmosphere that is perfect for rest and relaxation. Although 71% of men and women agreed that they wanted their place to feel cozy and intimate, 31% of men seemed to prefer modern decor while 32% of women said they enjoy traditional furniture. It is better to stick with classic designs, like leather or upholstered couches with neutral shades. If you want something that has some splash of colors on it, then try going with hues that suit both parties.

It is 9pm. I’m getting ready to hit the club. I can’t wait. I reach for my computer, open my media player and press play. Now I’m pumped! My favorite hip hop flow from my speakers. Chilling in my room with my “B-Boy” stance, I started to move with the beat. If only I had a fine lady in my arms, it would be sweet. Now I REALLY can’t wait to hit that dance floor.

The unthinkable happens - a series of unfortunate events from my friends getting into an accident to hearing the piter-pater of the greatest storm to ever hit the city falls on my lap in a span of 10 minutes. My night is over. Then I wake up all covered in sweat.

I fell asleep in front of my computer and it is a Friday night. I get ready, open my media player and hit play. Deja vu. No! It wasn’t just a dream. It was  premonition. The series of unfortunate events that I dreamed about came true. My night was now really over. I look to my media player and to my Hip Hop Speaker Dog bopping its head to the beat. One day, I decided I was old and responsible enough to have my own pet. I was not thinking about getting a dog. I thought they required more time and work and I wanted to start slow. I decided to take my first few baby steps on pet handling with some fish. So I hopped onto the store and got some goldfish.

I rode the bus on the way home. I thought the fish would be able to take the movement of that crazy bus driver but when I got home, I realized that my newly acquired fish were long gone. After the ceremonial flushing of their earthly bodies down the toilet, I started to think about a way for me to get transported from the pet fish shop to my house without them getting rocked. I hoped for some kind of miracle. It was then that I found out about the amazing Magic Fish. I won’t need to worry about rocking them to death because these fish aren’t even born yet! All I needed to do was buy the package, get home, and cultivate my brood of fish. The best part about it is that I get to start from scratch. Magically, the fish eggs started to stir. It’s alive!! Now I am happily enjoying their company. I have taken care of them well thus far. They only live for around three months and I will miss them. However I think it is time for me to step onto another level of pet care. Maybe I’ll get a hamster this time. Too bad they don’t come from eggs.
