While Nintendo is ramping up its package with an improved motion sensor, Sony tries to integrate things that made other consoles better and enhances factors that make the PSP and the PS3 one of the industry leaders.

Sony has released a mtotion sensor system that tries to chip off at the lead of the Nintendo Wii earlier this year. And it’s closing in on the industry frontrunner. Sony, realizing its guns, knows what made it one of the best in the industry — durability.

The company offers US-based owners a one to two year extension of their warranty for their PS3 or PSP. The service warranty by these gaming console was just a year. But for an additional $44.99 they can have a total of 2 years warranty while $59.99 gives you 3 years total for the PS3. PSP users can have the same amount of coverage for $29.99 and $39.99 .

The warranty cannot be purchased by all users of the system though, you need to either purchase a whole new system or your system needs to be in still in the one year warranty already provided by the system.

Durability is the name of the game, and the gadgets from Gadgetepoint know how to play the game quite well.
