Let’s set the previous news aside about Apple’s controversial work conditions for those who toil to make the iPad and other touch screen devices work, and let’s try to some positive news. Mark you calendars, Apple fans. March 2 is the date for the launch of the iPad 2.

What can be expected from the second version of the hit tablet computer? Sources are saying that the iPad 2 will don a camera on the front and at the back. Expect to be slimmer and lighter. And the resolution display will also have some evident improvements.

There were previous rumors that the iPad will only be released on the early parts of the third quarter, or later parts of the previous one. But sources are saying that the Apple iPad 2 will be launched on the first quarter instead, March 2 to be exact.

The iPad was such a big hit in 2010, selling almost 15 million units worldwide. Some are dubbing it to be last year’s ‘it’ gadget.

Because of the myriad of choices that the tech world is offering, by the end of the year, experts are supposing that at least 80 million people will have their own, and the iPad and the iPad2 are expected to lord over that market.

Gadgetepoint may not give you the option to buy a tablet computer, but they have a slew of toys and gizmos that are just as entertaining.

Audiophiliacs will certainly love the new addition to Bose’s repertoire — the Bose Bluetooth Headset. A staple in the audio business, many are puzzled as to why it is only now that Bose has released its first Bluetooth headseat.

Pride could have been the reason for the late release.

Since Bose is a brand name that is equivalent to superb sound, before, the company thought that there was no technology to match their grandiose class, the older versions of the bluetooth will simply not do for the sound quality that Bose was aiming for; Bluetooth 2.1 is an entirely different story.

With the latest innovations to the Bluetooth system, Bose assumes that they can produce a product that is worthy of its branding.

Bose’s first single-ear Bluetooth Headset showacases proprietary audio technologies, which includes and enhanced version of its TriPort acoustic headphone structure. It is also optimised for speech production. An Adaptive Audio Adjustment helps in measuring incoming speech and background noise and adjusts the voice levels automatically.

Aside from these added features, you can get what you would expect from a product with the Bose brand name, superb quality. The audio is clear, concise, and sharp.

Itching to get your hands on the Bose Bluetooth Headset, well, you can’t scratch that itch before the Christmas season as the Bose Bluetooth Headset will only be available by January 10, 2011.

Head on over to Gadgetepoint for other great suggestions for the holiday season.

Reports state that September 7 will be an important date for Apple.

The consumer electronics giant will be having an event on September 7 to announce the release of a mystery gadget.

But the mystery gadget isn’t too much of mystery as September has been the annual month of release of the update to their iPod Touch line.

The media player was first released in September 2007; they followed up with iTouch 2 on September 2008. Exactly 12 months later in September ‘09, the third generation of the product was released.

And if you put two and two together, it is safe to assume that September 7 is the date that iTouch 4 will be released.

The upgrade will include a front facing camera as production line pictures have leaked stating that the this feature will be in their repertoire.

A 5 megapixel camera may also be added; and an Apple A4 chip might as well be added to as these improvements were reflected on the iPhone upgrade.

If an iPod Touch 4 is not the main feature in the said event, experts are saying that it could be a revamped Apple TV, and we’re thinking, it will be named iTV… Shocking!

If you’re looking for a surprise, head on over to Gadgetepoint and be amazed at the bargains that are in store for you.

The European launch date of the much awaited addition to the Xbox 360’s arsenal has finally been announced. Mark November 10, 2010 on your calendars as this is the day that Nintendo Wii’s game sensors will meet its match on European shores.

With the staggering lead in the race of Nintendo Wii against its competitors, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3, both the latter competitors are finding ways to take a chunk off the significantly larger market share of the Wii.

And even without statistics and further study, mere observation will make you arrive at the conclusion that what sets the Wii apart from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 is that it’s more interactive with it’s motion sensitivity.

Enter Kinect.

Microsoft Europe confirmed that the official launch date of Kinect will be Novermber 10, four dats after the release in the United States.

Microsoft states that the timing of the release will be perfect. Consumers get into a buying frenzy when the holliday season is nearing; however, the release of PlayStation Move will be two months ahead of its competitor; and the 2-month difference may be a significant factor in the consumer’s decision.

There are other gadgets in Gadgetepoint. that will keep your heart rate up and are still fun and enjoyable. Browse through our online catalogue to see.

The sales of the PSP hasn’t been stellar. Since 2005, the handhled console of Sony hasn’t been able to establish a lead against its main competitor, the Nintendo Wii. But Nintendo has been the king in this battle for years, as the dominance of the GameBoy in the past decade has led Nintendo to the perfection of its craft.

But Sony will not go down without a fight, as they are revamping their gears and, according to reliable sources, are set to release the PSP 2. Can Sony finally get a bigger chunk of the handheld console gaming market?

The PSP 2 is said to come with a powerful four-core processing system. If you don’t know how strong that is, imagine getting half of the the power of the majestic PS3 and having that much processing power moved to a handheld device as the PS3 runs on an eight-core variation.

Graphics are bound to stun anyone. Who would have thought that a handheld gaming console can contain so much power?

The PSP 2 is said to have 2 cameras and a much anticipated new addition, two analog sticks.

The PSP 2 are said to be set for release by the end of this year.

Can the internet and moderm day electronics be robbing the authenticity of some of the things? Well, that’s one thing of looking at it. The other is that it’s much more convenient. Take a look at the iQuarium HD, it’s an aquarium for your iPhone.

Sure, the iQuarium is so much different from the real thing but the advantage of the iQuarium over the wet and real aquarium is that for one, the price, it’s only a dollar, compared to an aquarium where you have to think about the fish bowl, the fish itself, the decorations, and even the maintenance.

Another advantage is that you wouldn’t have to clean up for anything. No messy fish tank, no wet floor, nor do you need to scoop out any dead fish. You also need to think about what you would feed them. With the iQuarium, you still need to feed your beloved fish, except that of course, you feed them electronically. We know you’re smart enough not to put fish pellets in your iPhone…

The iQuarium is a virtual tank in your iPhone. Keep the fish happy and you’ll see it grow into a joyously swimming Parrot Cichlid fish. Forget mealtime and you’ll have a floating creature that used to be a living fish.

You can also effortlessly design your aquarium to your liking, you can purchase another fish, attractive decors and change the background with the fish points that you get from feeding your fish.

If gadgets and electronics are your thing, Gadgetepoint is the place to be.

The Nintendo DSi XL has just hit the Japanese markets and it will be hitting the UK market as well any time soon.

Does size matter? And does bigger mean better? That’s what the DSi XL is trying to say. I has a larger screen than it predecessor, almost an inch, while the body itself is much larger than the previous DSi.

What can we expect from the DS with a larger screen? Well, because the screens are much larger, the pixels of the LCD would have to be larger too giving the screen a much blockier look. Though this would be ok to the target market of the Nintendo DSi XL which aims at the more senior gamers which would have a harder time looking at a small screen.

Because it is much larger, we expect the buttons to be larger too. When comparing the Nintendo DSi XL to the previous handheld console, the size of the buttons are exactly the same. And this is rather inconsistent if it targets the visually challenged. The stylus is much larger than its predecessor though, and the tip can be accommodated by the larger pixels.

Wake up, sleepy head. You’re alarm has been going off for hours now. You’re late for work for the Nth time. One more and you’d be fired. And today is your lucky day, you just earned that last absence and it’s the axe for you.

Your girlfriend is pissed. You’re an hour late for the date that you said you’d pay for. And no, this isn’t the first time it happened. Not only would you be late for your date, but hours will be spent listening to her rant about how you never value her enough.

It’s your finals, and you need every point you can get to pass the course. It’s a three hour exam. But you could only answer so much in the 30 minutes you have left because you came in so late.

Keep your job and your girlfriend, you just might even graduate if you wake up on time. Stop wallowing in disappointment and check out this device. The Shake n Wake shakes you out of sleep instead of producing sounds to wake you up, which may not be effective for many.

What the Shake n Wake does is when the time arrives for you to leave bed, it continuously vibrates on your wrist until you wake up and turn it off. You could also place it somewhere in your bed, it will vibrate the bed and by the time that you’ve seen it, you realize that you’re wide awake.

Time is so valuable, and online shopping saves you a great load of time. And if you’re looking for things that are just as innovative and useful as the Shake n Wake, GadgetEPoint is the place for you.

So, let’s say that you’re at a party and this guitar playing bloke is stealing all the attention. He’s mediocre at best but he has everyone entertained. Not only is he getting the attention from all the people, he is also stealing the limelight from you.

Fortunately the guys from Gadgetepoint, have something for you that can give you that much desired and much deserved attention.

The Musical Fingers let’s you play sweet music anywhere. It’s a glove that allows you to create notes by pressing down on any surface to activate the sensors in the gloves. Vary the note by varying the fingertip applying pressure, holding down the heel gives you a new set of sounds.

Why settle for piano chords and sounds when you can be an instant one man band with this glove. It produces sounds like that of an organ, a keyboard, mandolin, trumpet, music box, the drums, and the guitar. Beat that, show off guitar player!

When you become the center of attention, don’t forget to thank Gadgetepoint, for such a sweet suggestion.

They’ve placed it in clothes, in shoes, in kitchenware, in school supplies, and just about anything. And right now, the people from Disney are tapping in to the techie market. We’re sure they’ve tapped on it before, but because it’s a really big market and it seems that it will not ever stop getting bigger, Disney is adding something to their extensive catlogue.

The Disney Themed USB 2.0 Cable is nothing special in terms of functionality and design. Basically, it’s just a USB cable. In terms of use, it’s nothing more and nothing less. But there’s something that will make it just waltz ahead of its competition — it’s Disney.

So far, the cutesy product comes in five designs that will make children be little angels for at least 2 hours. It has a princess design, one with the head of Mickey Mouse, another with the logo of Toy Story, there is one that has half the head of Stitch, while the fifth one has Cars as its design.

The Boynq D’Light USB Light
of Gadgetepoint is also a functional attachment to your USB, attach it to the USB port and the end lights up to give you a clearer vision of whatever it is that you are doing.
